Wellington, Florida financial advisor Dan Pikula (CRD# 2563165) recently received an investor complaint alleging that his conduct resulted in seven-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker with Emerson Equity and an investment advisor with Money Manager.
Mr. Pikula’s BrokerCheck report discloses multiple investor complaints. One of the most recent, filed in May 2025, alleges that as a representative of Emerson Equity, he breached his fiduciary duty, acted negligently, committed fraud, breached contract, and violated Florida securities law. The pending complaint alleges damages of $1.5 million.
A second investor complaint, filed in June 2025, similarly alleges that as an Emerson Equity representative, he committed fraud, breached contract, acted negligently, and violated Florida securities law. The pending complaint alleges unspecified damages.
A third investor complaint, filed in June 2025, alleges that he violated Regulation Best Interest, breached his fiduciary duty, made misrepresentations and omissions, acted negligently, and breached contract in connection with a corporate bond investment. The pending complaint alleges damages of $100,000.
A fourth investor complaint, filed in 2023, alleged that as a representative of Emerson Equity, he breached his fiduciary duty and acted negligently in connection with a corporate bond investment. The complaint, from which he was dismissed, settled in 2024 for a total of $150,000.
