Farida Molai

Farida MolaiFarida Molai is an attorney at Carlson Law, P.A. and focuses her practice on securities and investment fraud litigation and arbitration. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree focused in Finance.

Farida began her legal career as a securities litigation and arbitration paralegal and attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law while continuing to work full-time. During law school, she founded the NSU Corporate and Securities Law Society, worked as a junior associate on the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, and competed in Moot Court and negotiations competitions.

Throughout her decade of work as a paralegal and law clerk, Farida gained invaluable experience with the various stages of investment loss cases. She is passionate about investor education and dedicated to helping investors recover their losses due to fraud or mismanagement.
