A third investor complaint, filed in 2008, alleged that as a NYLife Securities representative, he made unauthorized transfers. The complaint reached a settlement of $25,000.
A fourth disclosure on Mr. Robbins’ BrokerCheck report concerns his departure from NYLife Securities.
