Alfred Czerniewski: $285K Complaint Against Crivitz, Green Bay Rep

Pending investor complaints against FSC Securities Corporation broker Alfred Czerniewski (CRD# 1675035) allege hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that Mr. Czerniewski is a broker and investment adviser in Crivitz, Green Bay, and Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Mr. Czerniewski’s BrokerCheck report lists two pending investor complaints. One complaint, filed in February 2021, alleges that as a representative of FSC Securities Corporation, he over-concentrated certain alternative investments in the customer’s account, alleging $150,000 in damages. A second complaint, filed in May 2021, alleges that he failed to fully disclose all material facts regarding an investment, alleging $285,000 in damages. Both of these complaints remain pending.

In addition to the pending investor complaints, Mr. Czerniewski’s BrokerCheck report discloses a pair of complaints that were denied by his member firm. One complaint, filed in November 2020, alleged that as a representative of FSC Securities Corporation, he recommended an unsuitable purchase of limited partnership securities, seeking unspecified damages believed to exceed $5,000. A second complaint, filed in 2015, alleged that a commission on the claimant’s investment was not disclosed, seeking damages of approximately $7,300. Both of these complaints were denied.

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Alfred Czerniewski holds 34 years of securities industry experience. He has been registered with FSC Securities in Crivitz, Green Bay, and Brookfield, Wisconsin since 2001. His past registrations include SII Investments (Appleton, Wisconsin; 1987-2001). His credentials include the passage of seven securities industry exams: the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, or Series 65; the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63; the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; the Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative Examination, or Series 6; the Municipal Fund Securities Principal Examination, or Series 51; and the General Securities Principal Examination, or Series 24.
