Dean Paugh: $109K Complaint Against Raymond James Advisor

Birmingham, Alabama financial advisor Dean Paugh (CRD# 1068991) is involved in an investor complaint alleging that his conduct resulted in losses exceeding $100,000. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is currently registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Raymond James & Associates.

The pending complaint alleges damages of $109,542.01.

Based in Birmingham, Alabama, he has been a broker and an investment advisor with Raymond James & Associates since 2013 and 2014, respectively. Mr. Paugh’s past registrations, per FINA, include Morgan Keegan & Company (Birmingham, Alabama; 1993-2013), Porter White & Yardley (Birmingham, Alabama; 1986-1993), and First Birmingham Securities Corporation (1982-1986). His credentials include the passage of four securities industry qualifying exams: the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63; and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, or Series 65.
