Carlson Law Investigates Duane Pellman of Excel Wealth Management

The attorneys at Carlson Law represent eleven former clients of Duane Pellman (CRD# 2426979) and Excel Wealth Management. Carlson Law has filed an arbitration for those customers seeking to recover money lost in extraordinarily risky trading.

In most, if not all of the cases, Pellman engaged in highly risky trading that caused devastating losses to the customers. Many of those customers lost nearly their entire retirement savings.

On or around February 1, 2023, Pellman was “Permitted to Resign” from Excel Wealth Management. According to regulatory records, “Mr. Pellman was permitted to resign after suitability based concerns were discovered surrounding the investment management of client assets. After the discovery of the loss of investment, individual sought to recoup the losses by investing in additional speculative investments, resulting in larger losses.”
