Ehud Gersten: $1mm Complaint Against Concorde, Ex-Emerson Advisor

Ann Arbor, Michigan financial advisor Ehud Gersten (CRD# 7066119) allegedly violated industry rules, according to a recent investor complaint. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker with Concorde Investment Services and is a managing partner of Perch Wealth.

Mr. Gersten’s BrokerCheck report discloses three investor complaints. The most recent, filed in November 2025, alleges that as a representative of Emerson Equity, he recommended unsuitable investments, made misleading recommendations, violated Regulation Best Interest, and made misrepresentations and omissions of material facts. The pending complaint alleges damages of $1,083,919.

A second investor complaint, filed in 2025, alleges that as an Arkadios Capital and Emerson Equity representative, he acted negligently, violated Regulation Best Interest, and breached his fiduciary duty. The pending complaint alleges damages of $100,000.

A third investor complaint, filed in November 2025, similarly alleges that as an Arkadios Capital representative, he breached his fiduciary duty, acted negligently, and violated the SEC’s Regulation Best Interest. The pending complaint alleges damages of $600,000.

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Ehud Gersten holds six years of securities industry experience. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, he has been registered as a broker with Concorde Investment Services since August 2025, doing business as Perch Wealth. His past registrations include Realta Equities, Arkadios Capital, Emerson Equity, Growth Capital Service, WealthForge Securities, Stax Capital, and LightPath Capital. His credentials include the passage of five securities industry qualifying exams: the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the Uniform Combined State Law Examination, or Series 66; the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63; the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7TO; and the National Commodity Futures Examination, or Series 3. He is licensed in Alabama, Arizona, California, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Texas, and Washington.
