Gerald Page: FINRA Bars Fired NYLife Advisor

Former Horsham, Pennsylvania financial advisor Gerald Page (CRD# 7577838) was recently sanctioned and barred in connection with alleged rule violations. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he was last registered as a broker with NYLife Securities.

A Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent (No. 2026090468401) describes FINRA’s disciplinary action against Mr. Page. Filed in September 2026, it alleges that he refused to cooperate with an investigation into his “potential involvement in undisclosed outside business activities.” As part of that investigation, FINRA sent him a request to produce documents and information, to which he did not respond. After FINRA sent him a second request, according to the AWC Letter, he indicated in a phone conversation that he had received the request and would not produce the requested materials. Finding that he violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010, FINRA barred him from associating with any member firm in any capacity.

Mr. Page’s BrokerCheck report discloses his termination from NYLife Securities. Filed in July 2026, it states that the firm fired him in connection with allegations involving “the submission of several unfunded annuity applications,” as well as the failure to disclose outside business activities and an outside brokerage account, and his failure to fully cooperate with a firm investigation.

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Gerald Page holds three years of securities industry experience. Most recently based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, he was registered as a broker with NYLife Securities from 2022 until 2026. His credentials include the passage of three securities industry qualifying exams: the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative Examination, or Series 6TO; and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63. (Information current as of September 16, 2026.)
