Mr. Yiantselis’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in June 2026, it alleges that as a representative of Phoenix Financial, he recommended unsuitable and speculative investments. The pending complaint alleges unspecified damages.
In a statement included with the complaint’s disclosure, Mr. Yiantselis defended himself against the allegations. “I deny any wrongdoing; these allegations are frivolous in nature,” he wrote. “Claimants have extensive market experience. Subsequent to the resolution of this matter I intend to seek full expungement from my record.”
FINRA rules stipulate that brokers like Mr. Yiantselis can only recommend investments and strategies that are suitable for a given customer.
