Orland Park, Illinois financial advisor Wally Nagle (CRD# 2208043) allegedly breached his fiduciary duty in connection with an investment in GWG L bonds, according to a recent investor complaint. Records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority show that he is currently a broker with Ausdal Financial Partners.
Mr. Nagle’s BrokerCheck report discloses two investor complaints. The most recent, filed in February 2023, alleges that as a representative of Audal Financial Partners, he breached contract and warranties, engaged in promissory estoppel, violated state securities statutes, and breached his fiduciary duty in connection with an investment in GWG L bonds. The pending complaint alleges damages of $50,000.
A second investor complaint, filed in 2010, alleged that as a representative of Workman Securities Corporation, he recommended an unsuitable oil and gas private placement. The complaint reached a settlement of $35,000.
According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Wally Nagle holds 30 years of securities industry experience. Based in Orland Park, Illinois, he has been a broker with Ausdal Financial Partners since 2011. His past registrations include Workman Securities Corporation (Orland Park, Illinois; 2004-2011), Ameritas Investment Corporation (Lincoln, Nebraska; 2004), and Mutual of Omaha Investor Services (Omaha, Nebraska; 1992-2004). His credentials include the passage of six securities industry qualifying exams: the Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Principal Examination, or Series 26; the Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative Examination, or Series 6; the Corporate Securities Limited Representative Examination, or Series 62; the Direct Participation Programs Representative Examination, or Series 22; the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63.
