Raymond Chow: $489K Complaint Against Wedbush Advisor

Elk Grove, California financial advisor Raymond Chow (CRD# 2860124) recently received an investor complaint alleging that his conduct resulted in six-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Wedbush Securities.

Mr. Chow’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in April 2025, it details unspecified allegations in connection with a hedging technique. The pending complaint alleges damages of $489,825.

Based in Elk Grove, California, he has been registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Wedbush Securities since 2008. He was previously registered with ML Stern & Company in Sacramento, California (1997-2008). His credentials include the passage of four securities industry qualifying exams: the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, or Series 65; and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63. He is licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington. (Information current as of May 12, 2025.)
