Jerice Walker: $1mm Complaint Against Wells Fargo Advisor

Irvine, California financial advisor Jerice Walker (CRD# 5040177) recently received an investor complaint alleging that his conduct resulted in seven-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Wells Fargo Clearing Services and Wells Fargo Advisors, respectively.

Mr. Walker’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in June 2025, it alleges that as a representative of Wells Fargo Clearing Services, he failed to follow instructions in connection with unspecified investments. The pending complaint alleges damages of $1,003,025.92.

FINRA Rule 2010 stipulates that FINRA-registered brokers must “observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.” Various forms of unethical conduct, including the failure to follow a client’s directions, may be violations of FINRA Rule 2010, so long as the failures occur “in the conduct of [the member’s] business.” Financial advisors who fail to uphold this rule may be liable in the event of damages.

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Jerice Walker holds 18 years of securities industry experience. Based in Irvine, California, he has been registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Wells Fargo Clearing Services and Wells Fargo Advisors, respectively, since 2010. He was previously registered with Wells Fargo Investments in Irvine, California from 2006 until 2010. His credentials include the passage of three securities industry qualifying exams: the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; and the Uniform Combined State Law Examination, or Series 66.
