Carlson Law, P.A. is representing a former client of LPL Financial’s Michael Graham who was located in El Paso, Texas. Graham was discharged by LPL on or around June 6, 2025, for allegations of “fail[ing] to disclose and receive prior approval for participation in a prohibited outside business activity; participated in and directed clients to private investments.”
Carlson Law’s client was solicited to invest in a “short term loan” to a company, Myvatar. Our client was promised that his $150,000 investment would return $375,000. To date, our client has not received his money back. Michael Graham was allegedly also General Counsel to Myvatar in addition to being a representative of LPL.
Two other customers have raised complaints relating to Graham and possibly relating to Myvatar. On or around June 16, 2025, a customer brought a complaint alleging damages of $300,000 and “the advisor misrepresented guaranteed principal and returns on a secured loan related to a real estate deal.” On or around January 15, 2025, a customer brought a complaint alleging $276,200 of damages and “an investment made in 2023 was unsuitable for the customer’s investment objectives and risk tolerance and that the registered representative engaged in securities transactions away from the firm.” That case is still pending.
Carlson Law represents investors throughout the United States in claims against financial advisors and investment firms. If you or a loved one have suffered investment losses with Michael Graham, please call us at 888-976-6111 or complete our contact form for a free and confidential consultation.
