Jon Cirelli: $100K Complaint Against Pivot Advisor

A recent investor complaint against Palm Beach, Florida financial advisor Jon Cirelli (CRD# 4729737) alleges that his advice resulted in six-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Alexander Capital, doing business as Pivot Professional Partners.

Mr. Cirelli’s BrokerCheck report discloses multiple investor complaints. The most recent, filed in in November 2025, alleges that as a representative of Concorde Investment Services, he failed to conduct reasonable due diligence, breached his fiduciary duty, recommended an unsuitable investment, failed to disclose material facts, and failed in his supervisory responsibilities. The pending complaint alleges damages of $100,000.

A second investor complaint, filed in 2021, alleged that as a representative of Concorde Investment Services, he acted negligently, breached his fiduciary duty, and recommended unsuitable investments. In 2022 the complaint reached a settlement of $725,000.

A third investor complaint, filed in 2021, alleged that as a Concorde Investment Services representative, he breached his fiduciary duty, acted negligently, breached contract, and violated state securities law. In 2022 the complaint reached a settlement of $35,000.

A fourth investor complaint, filed in 2020, alleged that as a Concorde Investment Services representative, he made misrepresentations regarding a private placement investment. The complaint reached a settlement of $12,500.

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Jon Cirelli holds 22 years of securities industry experience. Based in Palm Beach, Florida, he has been registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Alexander Capital since 2025, doing business as Pivot Professional Partners. His past registrations include Great Point Capital, Coastal Equities, Concorde Investment Services, JP Turner & Company, and Gunnallen Financial. His credentials include the passage of four securities industry qualifying exams: the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, or Series 65; the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63; and the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7.
