Former Glastonbury, Connecticut financial advisor Jayme Lemaire (CRD# 4336052) was recently sanctioned and barred in connection with alleged rule violations. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that she was most recently registered as a broker with International Assets Advisory, having previously been registered with Lincoln Investment and Raymond James Financial Services.
A Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent (No. 2025086713301) describes FINRA’s disciplinary action against Ms. Lemaire. Filed in September 2026, it alleges that she refused to cooperate with an investigation into whether he “improperly borrowed funds from senior customers.” Finding that she violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010, the regulator barred her from associating with any member firm in any capacity.
Ms. Lemaire’s BrokerCheck report discloses a previous disciplinary action by the State of Connecticut. Filed in August 2026, it alleged that she “engaged in dishonest and unethical business practices” by accepting cash gifts from two clients in excess of $300, and that she gave an inaccurate answer on a disclosure form. The state ordered her to cease and desist from regulatory violations, revoked her broker-dealer and investment adviser registrations, and assessed an administrative fine of $30,000.
A second disclosure on her BrokerCheck report concerns her firing from Lincoln Investment Planning. Filed in July 2025, the disclosure states that the firm fired her in connection with allegations that she “provided inaccurate and/or incomplete information at the time of onboarding regarding her termination from Raymond James.”
A third disclosure concerns her firing from Raymond James. Filed in July 2025, it states that the firm terminated her in connection with allegations that she “engaged in conduct inconsistent with firm policies on borrowing from clients.”
According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Jayme Lemaire holds 24 years of securities industry experience. Most recently based in Glastonbury, Connecticut, she was registered as a broker with International Assets Advisory from 2025 until 2025. Her past registrations include Lincoln Investment, Raymond James Financial Services, Wells Fargo Advisors Financial, CCO Investment Services, Prudential Investment Management, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner, Banc Of America Investment, and Quick & Reilly. Her credentials include the passage of seven securities industry qualifying exams: the Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Principal Examination, or Series 26; the General Securities Principal Examination, or Series 24; the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the Limited Representative-Private Securities Offerings, or Series 82TO; the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; the Uniform Combined State Law Examination, or Series 66; and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63.
