Mr. Clarke’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in October 2026, it alleges that as a representative of The Strategic Financial Alliance, he engaged in fraudulent concealment, breached contract, acted negligently, breached his fiduciary duty, misrepresented and omitted material facts, and failed in his supervisory responsibilities. The pending complaint alleges damages between $150,000 and $500,000.
