A recent investor complaint against De Pere, Wisconsin financial advisor Donald Kiley (CRD# 2630201) alleges that his conduct resulted in six-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker with Ausdal Financial Partners.
Mr. Kiley’s BrokerCheck report discloses multiple investor complaints. The most recent, filed in June 2026, alleges that as a representative of Ausdal Financial Partners, he breached his fiduciary duty, acted negligently, made misrepresentations of material facts, breached contract, failed in his supervisory responsibilities, and violated Regulation Best Interest in connection with an investment in Inspired Healthcare. The pending complaint alleges damages of $100,000.
An earlier investor complaint, filed in June 2020, alleges that as an Ausdal representative, he sold unsuitable investments in private placements and other products. In 2021 the complaint reached a settlement of $60,000.
Various industry rules protect investors against misleading conduct. FINRA Rule 2020 provides that no broker shall “effect any transaction in, or induce the purchase or sale of, any security by means of any manipulative, deceptive or other fraudulent device or contrivance, and brokers may not make misrepresentations of material fact about the investments they recommend. Recommendations must also be suitable under FINRA Rule 2111. Investment advisors are separately held to a fiduciary standard, a duty distinct from the suitability obligation that governs brokers. FINRA Rule 2010 requires representatives to “observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.” Brokers who recommend unsuitable investments may be held liable in the event of losses.
According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Donald Kiley holds 31 years of securities industry experience. Based in De Pere, Wisconsin, he has been registered as a broker with Ausdal Financial Partners since 2008. His past registrations include Waterstone Financial Group, Walnut Street Securities, and Nathan & Lewis Securities. His credentials include the passage of four securities industry qualifying exams: the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; the Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative, or Series 6; and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63. He holds 6 state licenses. (Information current as of August 1, 2026.)
