Jon Moskowitz & Jeffrey Saster: Wells Fargo Advisors Face $10mm Claim

Florida financial advisors Jon Moskowitz (CRD# 2335240) and Jeffrey Saster (CRD# 1228842) recently received an investor complaint alleging that their advice resulted in eight-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that each is registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Wells Fargo.

Mr. Saster’s and Mr. Moskowitz’s BrokerCheck reports both disclose the same investor complaint. Filed in June 2026, it alleges that as a representative of Wells Fargo, they provided “unsuitable investment advice between 2020 to [sic] 2025.” The pending complaint alleges damages “in excess of” $10 million.

Mr. Moskowitz’s BrokerCheck report discloses several other investor complaints. The most recent, filed in 2019, alleged that as a Wells Fargo representative, he made unauthorized mutual fund trades. The complaint reached a settlement of $2,435.66.

An earlier investor complaint, filed in 2013, alleged that as a Wells Fargo representative, he gave the customer the impression that her stock “could not be called away.” The complaint reached a settlement of $28,318.

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Jon Moskowitz holds 31 years of securities industry experience. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, he has been registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Wells Fargo since 2009. His past registrations include Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets, VTR Capital, and Pruco Securities. He holds 51 state licenses. Mr. Saster, meanwhile, is based in Fort Lauderdale Florida and has been registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Wells Fargo since 2016. His past registrations include UBS Financial Services, Citigroup Global Markets, and Dean Witter Reynolds. He holds 52 state licenses. (Information current as of July 21, 2026.)
