Lilly Han: $180K Complaint Against TKC Wealth Advisor

Dallas, Texas financial advisor Lilly Han (CRD# 6781075) allegedly misrepresented private placements, according to a recent investor complaint. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that she is registered as a broker with Landolt Securities and an investment advisor with TKC Wealth Management.

Ms. Han’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in May 2025, it alleges that as a representative of Landolt Securities, she negligently misrepresented material facts and breached her fiduciary duty in connection with two private placement investments. The pending complaint alleges damages of $180,890.98.

TKC Wealth Management’s website includes a page describing the firm’s mission to build and protect family legacies. “A relationship built on trust and focused on long term results is our goal in our relationship with you,” it explains. “TKCW creates a financial plan that is built around family utilizing integral comprehensive planning, combining multiple financial products and strategies providing diversification and opportunity that coincide with client objectives and time horizons. We work closely with specialized professionals who are experienced in developing a portfolio that is specifically formulated to meet each family’s unique needs.”

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Lilly Han holds eight years of securities industry experience. Based in Dallas, Texas, she has been registered as a broker with Landolt Securities since 2018 and an investment advisor with TKC Wealth Management since 2017. She was previously registered with Richfield Orion International, which has since been expelled by FINRA. Her credentials include the passage of three securities industry qualifying exams: the Uniform Combined State Law Examination, or Series 66; the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; and the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7.
