Derek Ferriera: $150K Oil & Gas Complaint Against Campbell Advisor

Lincoln Financial Services Corporation advisor Derek Ferriera (CRD# 1290274) has received an investor complaint alleging his recommendations resulted in six-figure loses. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is a broker and an investment advisor based in Campbell, California.

His credentials include the passage of six securities industry qualifying examinations: the General Securities Principal Examination, or Series 24; the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, or Series 65; the Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative Examination, or Series 6; the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63; the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; and the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE. He is licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
