A recent investor complaint against Red Bank, New Jersey financial advisor Jase Simmons (CRD# 2438224) alleges that he violated multiple industry rules, resulting in eight-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker with Alexander Capital.
Mr. Simmons’s BrokerCheck report discloses multiple investor complaints. The most recent, filed in September 2026, alleges that as a representative of Alexander Capital, he violated state and federal securities regulations and FINRA rules, acted negligently, breached his fiduciary duty, failed to protect the customer’s assets, and breached contract. The pending complaint alleges damages of $19,000,000.
In comments included with the complaint’s disclosure, Mr. Simmons defended himself against the allegations. “While I am not a respondent in this matter, I feel it is imperative to clarify that the narrative presented is inaccurate and fundamentally flawed,” he wrote. “The events did not occur as alleged. I can state unequivocally that the assertions regarding my involvement are without merit, unsubstantiated, and contradicted by the factual record. Any implication of wrongdoing on my part is entirely baseless.”
A second investor complaint, filed in 2007, alleged that as a representative of National Planning Corporation and Brookstreet Securities Corporation, he breached contract, acted negligently, and breached his fiduciary duty. The complaint reached a settlement of $100,000.
According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Jase Simmons holds 32 years of securities industry experience.
